A possible way to deal with voices...

Repeat a mantra. If the voices are simply just your own thoughts, than repeating a mantra over and over again should stop them from happening while your thinking your mantra, since you can only think 1 thought at a time. Thinking and focusing on just your mantra to the exclusion of all other thoughts would mean you can't think in voices.

I’ve done this! It works! Also positive voices can happen. As in for example you have one parent that yells and one that’s more relatable. You obviously would spend more time with the more relatable parent. This works with voices. Doing positive things create a positive mind-set.

I think it’s important to take time to understand who the voices belong to if you don’t know and go through what the problem is with them the more you block them out the more frustration and psychic bullying it’s just if it starts with bullying then you just have to wait and see why there’s usually a reason like someone from your past misses you desperately and can’t go on without you so you have to travel back in your mind and be there for that person and talk to them in your thoughts so they know time isn’t slipping away like a waste and the past exists just as much as the present moment and that you love them and accept them and like them and care about them. If it’s someone trying to hurt you from present times you have to wait for them finish abusing you and then walk away in your minds eye if you can and pray to God for forgiveness because people only abuse when they are jealous or retaliating so you have to accept that you have been in the wrong to them and even though their punishment isn’t fair that it’s a reality you can’t escape from. These circumstances make me feel suicidal as if I could die as the only way to escape but this isn’t necessarily the truth because things could be worse after death who is to say what will happen? So the reality given is that there is no solution and suffering is the reality but this isn’t fair this isn’t what I want but you just have to accept and practice acceptance. 💛💜💖
