well, if you are isolated and not social at all like me, and the voices start to chat away, i find sitting downstairs with my family can help. it never seems to work around my friends. but even if i sit in the room, ignore my family and read a book or something..
they stop talking.
it is unusual but try it. it might help. its also improving my relationship with my family.
:)

Hi Angels
I find reading helps me too with my voices. I've been trying anything to get my mind of it, TV, Radio, music, Books, excercise, even a full-time job, but it makes it hard to work when you have voices always talking in your head... :(
