Re

Hello Miss Kitty, and all. I am finding it to be doing exactly what I want. It made me a bit giddy at first when I had four cups each time but I read that having too much causes giddiness. So I am having either two mugs per day without milk or two teapots per week. It took a couple of days to go around my anatomy but had a calming affect in my head straight away. It is more potent than ordinary herbal tea and it's main affect on me is as a mild sedative. I think you have to believe that a herb you have in mind to take will work, and the more so if you believe that God provided it as medicine. For this reason I exect it to do more than this. I do not have any side effects and it does not appear to be conflicting with the prescribed tablets that I take. As garlic is a herb as well and I have a little of that. It fact I think that it is the occasional garlic that I have with meals along with other herbs and spices that is regulating it a bit. I am going to buy a little copper or stainless steel teapot especially for it and enjoy it twice per week for several hours while I do some coloring. Currently I am using a saucepan. The tincture ie liquid with 25% alcohol and water also (the loose tea is presumably 100% herb) is only for occasions. I have found also that it seems to be reducing my need to drink beer, cider, or wine. In a book of the Bible that is not in most Bibles, albeit presented along with a lot of others for consideration but declined, notably the Book of Wisdom by Solomon it says that the manna sent from heaven became for the eater whatever he wanted it to be.
