I have said this before, but, wanted to make another post as a reminder for my future self, and maybe as an update here.
Depression is destroying every bit of hope and wish to fight for bit by bit.
It just doesn't get better, at all.
Only keeps getting into more and more into my life and I don't know what to do.
I want to die so bad.
I'm not suicidal right now, just feeling terribly bad.
Hope you guys have a better night that I'm.
I'll try on go out for a run and see if it helps some.

Going for a run is a good idea, that will help create serotonin in your brain and it might make you feel a little better. Are you on any medication for depression? Medication isn't the total solution, but it can help take the 'edge' off your depression and put you in a condition where therapy is more helpful. Also, especially when you're depressed you need good nutrition and plenty of rest. Turn off the social media and the TV and read a good book-too much looking at displays is not good for mental health-smart phones or computers. We have too much electronic stimulus in our lives, it's better for our mental health to remove some of it-that's why going for a run is a good idea, it'll help you relax. Good luck!

Thanks I don't use any social media since 2016 I guess, TV since 2010 probably and I stopped medication cause it wasn't being effective.
For me exercise has always been a big help but my joint in general are trash and always get injured fast.

its ok. i know. theirs are mournings where i wish i would never wake up and maybe be in heaven in infinite bliss instead of waking up to suffering on earth. times where i wish i could die but i just keep going and live out my life.

I always struggle questioning why to keep fighting..

Physical activity stimulates the release of the neurotransmitters dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin. Have you considered talk therapy? Also, maybe you stopped taking your meds too soon. What meds were you on and for how long?
