When I get panic attacks it's usually after seeing a certain type of phobia I've got which I have learnt how to deal with over time. This week it's been something else that relates to people though. On Tuesday I got to have a day out with family members I'd not seen for ages (Covid pandemic you know) and had a really good time. They have now gone back to their normal life as the holiday is over and I've had these emotional thoughts that's caused me a different kind of panic attack. I've not eaten much and had symptoms of retching, dry mouth and depression. My Care Manager was going to visit me today but couldn't come and has delayed the appointment until next Thursday.
