Jeremy has no need to worry, nobody from the mental health team or in hospital (if it ever came to that) will harm you or him, even my medication doesn't stop my voice from talking so I don't believe they will stop him talking either.
He may not like the effects of medication on him though, mine certainly doesn't and never shuts up about it.
Very interesting how you see him as a sort of brother to you, I see mine as a younger brother albeit a sociopathic and psychopathic younger brother.
