hi there anyone used this drug before?? i am currently on no medication still waiting to see psych been on a few before but suffered more side effects then benefits. am taking zopiclonne which is hit and miss and screwing up my head mentally. any advice would be great can i take it with sleeping tablets and reduce??? hope u are all well.

Hi, I think I'm right in saying that Zopiclone is usually given as a sleeper anyway.
If you take it with other sleeping tablets you will be doubling up the effect,
In my experience doctors don't like to give out many of these meds and only prescribe in the short term, so as not to become dependant on them, a natural sleep is always preferred.
If you are having trouble sleeping, try relaxation before bedtime along with a hot milky drink, avoid stimulants. Sleep hygeine is worth considering.
