Hey I have had a long 3 year's of mental health issues that have put a huge strain on my marriage and family life. My husband is very supportive but he's now suffering from his own mental health problems. How can two people with severe depression help each other ?

I feel I need to find a fix quick before we both are so far from each other that there is no return.

Personally I think I have a split personality. I can go from normal to angry or manic hysteria . I cant rationalise when I'm in this state and am certainly remorseful after, if I remember what I've done or said .

I have a successful business a fantastic family and supportive husband but I dont have friends or people I can confide in .

I cant share my problems with my husband because of what it's done to him... now I feel I have two people to fix instead of one .

Hi Sarah,
Welcome to the forum
I'm sorry you have depression and are struggling. Please don't blame yourself for your husband's depression.
Have you sought your Drs help?
Here to listen anytime.
It's good you have your own business.
Take care
