Hi Folks,

I have been very much better on 25ml, in terms of my ear irritiblity. I hadn;'t been well the late week with sinuses, and catarrh passeges problems, which could have encouraged the irritible self, to then brew up very acute on 20ml, i had been on 20ml for the current week.

So I do not think, I will have to take Fluxoetine this evening which was going to be the case, if I just couldn't manage to settle down, via the ear irritiblity problems, the 25ml of Abilify, original version of generic aripipazole, has very much done the trick.

I am hoping that earlier week, early mornings, I'll do a workout to my fitness dvds, if it isn't very humid. I will.

Regards All,

Natalie.

Hi Folks,

My ear irritilbity has now very much greatly improved, I am very much better. I t hink the 25ml seriously did do the trick, and combined with also, having a taken a couple of spoons of my supplement, to help me feel lifted and more calmer. I had my prescribed vitamin d dose also. So i think the vitamin d could have also worked wonders for me. What with this warmer weather, I have been forgetful in taking my prescribed vitamin d.

I have been music listening, and getting on with yet another false attempt, start, whichever, of cross stitching, probably the heat to affect me, I realised i went very wrong, with my needle working, and had to turn round the fabric, to opposite, to start afresh. I seemingly am ok, at the moment.

No hearing voices, no hallucinations, no delusions, I'm well.

Regards All,

Natalie.

Hi Evening Folks,

I'd been feeling irritible apart from tiredness, through my general psorasis condiiton, and what with sinuses flare up today, and hearing voices as well, unfortunately hearing voices, I have had to increase the dose back up to 25ml, i had felt to partial reduce dose to 20ml, as I noticed whilst out to volunteer this morning, my right hand was shaking. Unfortunately, for the time being this week, anyway, I'll have to keep with 25ml.

So I certainly know I can't go below 20 down to 15ml, because then, I'd have worse problems up coming such as paranoia, or delusions. Probably the worst one, delusions.

Hi Afternoon, Folks,

I'm very well, no mental health problems to report, which brings me to say, that as I am so well, and the 25ml I am finding is still a bit too strong for my liking, in the sense of waking alerting hours, I am reducing my dose and hopefully, and definitely this time round, will be 20ml long term. My shakiness has greatly improved, I think that was due to a couple of infections on my back of shoulder, and also arm, it is 25ml wise still driving m mad, in the waking alerting sense, so I felt, I must reduce and do something about that dose.

An hour after 20ml has been taken, and I am fine, very very well.

Regards All,

Natalie.

HI Folks,

Suddenly remember it was due time for me to give a debrieifing.

I'm very well, on 20ml of my med, no forseen, and even no unforseen szchiophrenia based problems, I'm fine.

I;m looking forward to hopefully and depending on my ankle, I have now bought ankle su pport, to getting my workout done, in the morning.

For now, it's needle working, until I switch over to knitting because of day becoming darker, and can't work with pale and medium colours, when darker, and music and musicals combined.

I am very much much better with the sinuses having veered off now, although, I did have to take a dose of a different sort of pain reliever, to help to reduce inflammation.

And pains.

Regards All, Have a good evening all,

Natalie.

HI, Morning All,

I'm very well, except havin gbeen up from 4am, which enabled me to get a salsacise workout done.

I am hoping I'll sleep well tonight. And I thought having reduced to 20ml, would have easily kept me asleep, in a deep sleep, how wrong I was!!! ouch! I'll increase dose to 25ml and hope for the bes I;ll keep asleep, that way.

There are no main signaficant mental health problems to report, at this time.

Hi Evening Folks,

I'm alright, I'm very well, schiophrenia based problems wise, nothing to flag up to report.

I am hoping that I'll workout over the weekend, if I could get a very good night of sleep, and waking up roughly around 5.30pm. So I can then workout from 6.15am.

i was going to just take the 20ml dose of my med for this afternoon, however, with the feeling low in terms of the wetter weather, I thought better not irritlibty wise, and take 25ml, so I did, just to be on the safe side.

My psorasis is becoming worse again, I'll need to wash hair again, and head, over the weekend, with a specialised shampoo.

i have a funny feel, that 1 amount of shampoo wouldn't have been enough, i had my hair cut yesterday, and it isn't easy with the hair dresser's h ead health problems, to direct her, or instruct to do 2 shampoos. I'll do that though when I next wash. She unfortunately, has ms in the head. and sometimes can develop more prominent, phsyically.

Anyway for this evening, I'm well, and will be needle working, and music/musicals listening combined.

Regards All,

Natalie.

Hi Folks,

An update;

I have since put on my scalp application, and that will always settle me down, and certainly until when I next wash my hair.

I do need to have more prescribed for me.

It's not urgent, it can wait until early week, to order.

Hi, Evening Folks,

I'm alright now. Apart from more of one or two more infections on my back, developing to cause irritation, and I have taken my supplement now for irritiblity and to help the skin out purposes, I'm well this evening.

Earlier, about from 7pm, I wasn't feeling right, apart from tiredness, which was the case, and I had just dropped today the dose back to 20ml, well, I think, owing to weathers, causing me to feel low, I had to increase up slightly back up to 25ml. I'm now ok, with hopefully no more rain, and dark cloud, for the evening remaining.

I haven't checked the weather as of late, I am hoping to level off to 20ml, and also to take the dose more or less, in fact, more on time, tomorrow. So i just hope, there won't be any more wet weather for t omorrow.
Our gardner's due, so the weather ought to be good, for that work.

I will ease into knitting and music listening in a short while.

Have a good evening all,

Best Regards all, I'll come back in the morning, with an update.

Hi Afternoon, Folks,

I've been back an hour f rom shopping out of the home local area.

I'm well, however, I am notiicing shakiness again, on 25ml, so I have brought me down to 20ml, and I'll see how that goes, shakiness wise, in any case, 25ml is very very strong in the waking alerting sense.

i'm fine, no acute mild forms of szchiophrenia based conditions to be flagged up, and I can't forcast any, as such, not, in time for away for 1 night, tomorrow.

i'll come back with an update, later on this afternoon/early evening time.

Have a good afternoon, all,

Best Regards All,

Natalie.

Hi Folks,

I'm just wondering, now that I think it, from cooler temperatures overnight, my raynould's had acted up, plus I had a certain anxiety problem to do with something, via external outside of home, anyway I'm finer, now, and weather wise, I now/have been very much warmer.

Trialing me on 20ml, everything's fine, and no shaking.

Will ease into needle working, for during t he earlier part of the evening, and switching to knitting, during the evening.

Best Regards All,

Natalie.

Hi Afternoon Folks,

I had somewhat of a problem this morning, and later on, then there at the charibile organisation, my right leg was shaking violently. Apart from the fact my wrist would shake.

So i thought fine, that's what I'll do, I'll part ially reduce dose down, to 20ml. I have had 20ml today, I have had a unsettling general feel afternoon, via home, parents went out shoppign in the afternoon, I returned back, from volunteering, and I'll allow to decide, in the late evening, depending how mental health wise, i go from 2.30pm, whether to keep to 20ml. I just can't manage 25ml, full time now.

When it comes to the holiday crunch time, I'll try to stick, to 20ml, however, very aware that there could well be a lot of english passengers, and forigners on board also, my delusions, could possibly increase. So for this purpose, of holiday, I might well increase to 25ml, for the fortnight. Then drop back, to 20ml, all being well, threafter upon return to home again.

My father reminded me, that we had a very bad s torm, on our american based c ruise for a week, in March or Oct ober some years, back, and I have been a bit skeptical recently, about this forthcoming cruise, as I had slightly been which was minimal, flooded. Well a slight leak, from the outside, rain water. So on wood, it will be a calmish cruise. So I feel, I'll switch to 25ml also, for this reason, to keep me more s tablised, throughout hopefully not - stormy weather of the cruise duration.

At the moment, whilst preparing t his post, I'm fine, very well, on 20ml. No acute problems, nothing too beyond and nor severe either. Aware though that helicopters had been flapping about, earlier this afternoon.

Have a good evening all, I shall return - with a debrief, about 8pm, this evening.

See you all around the forums, and or might be a bit before, and then debrief at 8.

Best Regards All,

Natalie.

Hi Folks,

I've realised, that it was very much cooler, earlier morning, therefore, my raynould's could have acted up, during this time, preparing for travel, I couldn't put my finger onto at the time, that's most probable, the reason.

Still, I've slightly lowered the dose, anyway, and see how I get on.

This is an unofficial time of update, I'll do one as planned, at 8pm.

Best Regards All.

Have been knitting, and musical listening, and switched over to general easy listening music of varying kinds.

Hi Evening Folks,

I'm afraid I've had to reduce dose down to 20ml, from 25ml. For reasons, that 25ml was driving me mad once more with side affects, of very very strong in the waking alerting hours of during the daytime, apart from the fact also I tire easily, and I seriously felt in the meantime, before carrying the action out, I must do something about that; so therefore, from today and also now that we're back, and everything's sorted ok now for dad, his blood pressure will be checked in the morning, we have a monitor at home, I thought, right, I'll drop back the dose, to give background.

I am retrialing me on 20ml, and I am very well today, szchiophrenia based condiitons wise, no problems at all.

Have been winding down, listening to musicals, and knitting.

Tomorrow, about all being well 6am, ish, I'll be getting a workout done, to traditional low impact aerobics.

Strangely, I do not feel irritible, at the moment, on 20ml of med, I think, owing to, the very pleasant weather we have been experiencing, now our h airdresser this morning, happened to have moaned about the weather, I said, well don't knock, it, it's very pleasant, for a autumnal change, I thought.

And it has been very pleasant, indeed.

For once.

I'll be having a quiet earlier week, and I have a dental check up appointment on Monday, and then I'll be busier on Wednesday and Thursday.

I am half hoping that Wednesday will be a very short mailing stint, as I'll be very busier on Thursday, and I won't wish to feel, too tired. Hopefully not too tired.

Have a good evening all,

Best regards all.

Hi Folks, Evening,

I'm alright mental health wise, I'm very well. No acute problems to report, on 25ml.

Have been listening to musicals and knitting, I've now switched to general easy listening music.

For once, I'm not very irritible. I'm finer, this time round. Also, I have been very itchy, I think, because to do with a piece of clothing material, I'll have to watch that in future.

Headaches wise, nope, I'm fine, I'm very well this evening, horray, no more tension headaches. They're gone. For good hopefully.

I have been having sinuses up today, which resulted me to taking a painkiller. I have not long had a vitamin c dose.

Anyway, the main purposes, of updating for this thr ead, I'm fine, very well mental health wise on 20ml, no acute problems to report.

Have a good weekend all,

Night all rather,

Best regards all.

Hi Natalie,

Seems you are getting on okay despite the condition we share? I have felt irritable all day and snapped at my aunty which I feel guilty about now. Knitting helps you? it seems a calming activity. Just wondered with you feeling itchy if that could be a side effect? I get itchy sometimes and I am on the same meds as you and the same mg. Anyhow I just watched a scary film and my heart is fast and my mind is all over the place with bad thoughts. I feel scared if I am honest. Have a good weekend I am considering going to church tomorrow which would be a big step for me.

Hi Molko72,

Nice to meet you.

Thanks, it's a long story how i evolved myself into knitting, however I do find also that knitting is calming, and combined with music listening even more calming.

I'm not too badly irritible today.

Have a hopeful if you go, good day at Church, today.
