According to Intervoice there are about 280 million of us worldwide, possibly more.

My question to voice hearers is what does it mean to you having a day set aside just for us if it means anything at all?

For me this day coincides with my anniversary of not responding to my voice, it's been four years exactly since I last spoke a word to my voice.

Congratulations for not talking to them, I just did about this day and they just sent one of those sounds, also happy hearing voices day, I'm one of those maybe more because I still haven't dared to admit it to my team...

Thanks, my voice makes it so easy because he has nothing to say that's worth responding to.

He still tries his hardest to get my attention even after four years, I don't think he'll ever stop calling my name out 30 times a day or more.

I've made it very clear through talking to others about him that my intention is to never speak to him again but he just doesn't get it.

ive had persistent nasty thoughts today
just for short periods
mostly about my loved ones !
I was able to look at them and think
' Gods sake will you listen to that ! '
and see through it

which I never used to be able to do

I understand this but my anniversary isn't as sweet. It's a total relapse from when I was age 19. Whatever. Maybe I can make a new goal about not taking anti anxiety meds. I wish he would go away.
