I'm a mum of 3. My older 2 aged 12 and 14 weve had the normal angst etc but my youngest aged 11 has always been difficult.

She gets very angry and I found this week she’s self harmed to deal with the anger.

She's always been very emotional and angry and also had many compulsive habits.

She started puberty at 9 and she thinks she's older than what she is lol.

But with this self harming I dont know what to do. Do I go to the gp? Can I get any help for her?
Her primary school are aware but she hoes to secondary this year and I'm just struggling to figure out what I do.

Any help or advice would be amazing. I'm just very lost.

Hi,
You could ask for a referral to CAMHS from the GP.
Take care

Yes I agree with mayflower do ask for a referral. My daughter was under CAMHS and really helped her.

Agree with both the above. Don’t let this ride. Self harming can be dangerous and may be hiding something else much deeper
