Hi guys.
Was told i have bpd last year and find it more of a hinderence rather blessing to know.nobody i kno has a clue what it is and find myself teaching others why i do what i do and how to react to me.too much hassle.and when declaring this 2 employers im discriminated in a way im classed as unstable and unable to cope.thort we werent meant to be discriminated against mental health issues???
Days i cope,others i dont.
Life is a journey that i dont wish to take but have 2.

I know what you mean - I don't know how helpful it is to know if you've been diagnosed with BPD..

It seems people either know nothing about it, or only know of the unhelpful stigma that surrounds this label.

You're right though, people aren't allowed to discriminate against someone on the basis of mental health. I'm not a lawyer, but i'm pretty sure it's illegal.
