100mg Seroquel withdrawals ADVICE

Hello everyone.I have been on Seroquel for about 6 years (100mg) And I do not want to be on it anymore.What is the best way to taper down I was gonna try to go down to 50mg.also how long do the withdrawal symptoms last.I am very scared but I’m tired of it controlling my life and my mind.I took it because I had very bad insomnia at age 17 and now I am 25.

Please see your dr/GP they can advise how to safely come off this drug. You need to do very slowly, a 50 mg drop is to much to start with.
