      Not just today but an ongoing process of the past year, going to the dentist. Until recently I hadn't been to the dentist since childhood and depression made me not really give a hoot about my teeth. I have been making sure to stick to my appointments recently and had a filling done today.

      I am going for a nap because I need on, and the untidy house will survive. I need to realise that when I need a nap, it is because my body is telling me to rest for a reason.

      Went for a run, found a great new route which is mainly flat which was great. It has definitely lifted my spirits, need to keep it up especially whilst I am going to job interviews.
