      Breathe, breathe, breathe... sounds corny I know, but it can help. Force yourself to take 10 deep slow breaths and say you will re-evaluate the SH after the breaths. No promises to yourself, just a re-evaluation. Often that can help... just forcing yourself to take a pause. Do you think you know what brought this on today?
