      Default Meds not working

My meds are no longer working. Every night I can't fall asleep until 1am and then I wake up at 3am and think, "WTF".

Psych meds are so tricky, and lack of sleep just makes everything 100x worse. I feel your pain, been going through the same thing. Are you thinking of switching meds or seeing if the dosage can be adjusted?
