      HI all,


      Apologies for an early overnight post.


      I have just weighed myself, and I have gone up slightly, by 1 or 2 pounds. It's nothing to be concerned about at the moment. I am planning and literally planning, to be working out later on overnight, so in the meantime, I should loose the weight.


      I haven't had too much sugary cereal biscuits bars I know that, in fact i haven't had at all.


      I have kept off having too much sandwiches of peanut butter.

      Inadvertantly what with the weather causing my irritiblity to rise slightly, to moderate, I bought and had yesterday a couple of packets of choclate, pieces.

      Hopefully, and overall, the weather shall improve and hopefully my irritiblity too.

      HI all,


      I have had such a stressful earlier week so far, I'm going to aim for a slightly harder within workout session, tomorrow or Thursday, or Friday earlier mornings, and it will be a fun, hard dance not zumba, workout dvd i think, as a alternative to my traditional low impact aerobics.

      My weight has gone up slightly, it will soon eventually drop off.
