      Hi all,


      Today my birthday, and for the time being, I'm very well. Even though we'll be out for lunchtime, I'mm pleased to say that for th emoment, and hopefully onwards, I'm very well. Ijust won't plan, I can't risk, it, to take my dose at 10am in thmorning, considering that there was an extremely low one of a helicopter on Friday early evening about6pm. So then about 8pm, my paranoia annoyingly, was then triggered, and feeling moderate tos severe irritiblite, later on this evening.

      I'm very well now on 25ml.

      HI all,


      An early morning update report;


      Through the night surpisingly I slept very well. In a deep sleep. I just so happen to be up and about earlish.


      I am going to be doing my workout at 6am, I think I know which fitness dvd, I will do, I haven't quite decided.

      Anyway, I'm very well, no paranoia problems at all. oh and no hearing voices, nor hallucinations, either.


      I am very balanced and stablised through med, which is keeping me very well at a high certain doseage.

      Shall always be listening to music, and needleworking.

      Hi Folks,


      Having been unwell physically just currently this week, with sinuses, and I had temporarily reduced dose partially down to 20ml (sorry, i couldn't remember where Iposted regarding lowering from 25ml to 20ml - Iknew i had posted yesterday about that though) and I couldn't help notiicing whilst out the 2nd time the late morning, into early afternoon, that bouts slightly of paranoia came over me. Right, I thought, so when I was getting round to taking my dose of the day, I've now increased it back, up to 25ml. There it shall remain long term now, on that doseage. i often do forget, when I happen to be unwell physically in the head, that via my szchophrenia conditions, and my paranoia can then have the tendancy of notiiceable increase - rapidly.


      Have beem listening to music, and needleworking - cross stitching combined.

      Oh I don't know about chair base fitness even today, due to my sinuses head, I get to feel very uncomfortable via the sinuses. I am trying not to take a painkiller, might take a dose of my sinuses remedy med though.

      Anyway paranoia up slightly - had to increase dose back up to 25ml.

      HI Folks,


      I'm back to my old usual self, paranoia problems down and at bay.

      My sinuses are now much much better. Without not taking a painkiller.


      Have been listening tomusic, and needleworking - cross stitching.

      HI Folks,


      This evening parents and I were having dinner, I couldn't decipher, if a louder sound of a helicopter was just on mash - a programme, or real, so to speak, any way it transpired, real alright, adn extremely very very low.

      I felt what, just to annoy me, to trigger off my paranoia levels. Anyway, just after dinner, I put on my walkman, and knitted, listened to Sister Act teh musical, excerpt from, and other music, and I have been fine.

      Sorry, put knitted, meant needle working.

      I wasn't certainly expecting a low helicopter just at that point, and not expecting to post about that and my own paranoia levels, hopefully won't be retriggered, later on in the evening.


      I'll have to workout harder within a workout tomorrow! I'll ensure I'll be up earlier, about 5.30pm.

      I am still taking 25ml of antipshyotic and mental health all in one med.

      I am feeling slightly tired, not too bad, since h aving cut back and down, then stopping cola drinks, in at home.

      Hi Folks,


      Surprisingly, following on from a low helicopter about 7.15pm, I have and am very much fine. i am feeling slightly tired, I just had another yawn, this is the problem i have, without the caffeine intake in me.

      Still, I'll follow the advice from parents in at home front, regarding caffeine, too much, is no good, they are saying.


      I do need to get more energy booster supplment.


      Will settle down for the remainder of the evening needle working and music and musical listening. combined.

      Hi Folks,

      I slept very very well.


      My paranoia levels are finer today.


      I was very tired during the evening last night.


      I am hoping t hat in the afternoon, I'll workout. Only a short effective workout, nothing strenuous mind.
