I started with med probably 3 1/2 months ago. It’s been very effective.
I have a coupon for a year with my co pay on my insurance capped at a reasonable price. If it wasn’t for that I couldn’t afford it.
Anyone else on it and found it effective?
I've worked with my current employer for almost two years now. They are extremely reasonable, beyond reasonable they are really understanding great people.
I was recently diagnosed with BPD, I have been experiencing suicidal ideations, much more prominent than normal.
I spoke to the...

Generally feel very well mentally these days but at the moment rather anxious that I am physically ill/have serious illness. I do have reason to believe I could be but I don't know whether I'm exaggerating in my head or whether it's reasonable. Is it likely that this feeling will just pass?
Deciding whether or not to tell your employer and colleagues about your mental health problem can be difficult. Some people say being able to talk openly with their employer has really helped them. Others may not agree.
Remember that with the right help people experiencing mental health problems...
Me again, back with another update. Sorry if this goes long, but I'm still up in the air on what I should really attempt.
So I called my med guy, then my PCP and they both said that yeah - Lithium will give you that added 10 or so pounds (which is what I've put on since 2012). Most logic...
I've asked many times in my appointments and by letter to discharge myself as I don't wish to see the cmht because they are harming my mental health I feel. I don't have a cpn and I'm not getting any type of therapy and won't be either so I don't see the point but the psychiatrist refuses to let...
This is the process I have followed that has taken me from an abusive situation with voices to one that is supportive.

I can reply to people on the forum, but I am so muddled. They won't shut up!! I am struggling to know when they are real and if what they are saying is true or not. I know logically they are my thoughts, but it bloody well doesn't sound like it.
I can't do this being sensible any more, I am...
I am reasonably ok these days but have suffered a great deal from anxiety and stress over the years but going through a reasonable patch currently.
Hope I can offer others support where I feel I can.
Thank you muchly.
My manager has implied that I actually wouldn't be dismissed for not meeting targets at work due to my depression etc [that effects my confidence, ability to approach people with a 'sales' based approach. I can just about 'get' this when I'm most well, but when I'm more vulnerable/unwell it's...
There was a perfectly reasonable discussion going on in the thread "never had to add anyone to my ignore list before". Suddenly, shockingly, I find that the whole thread has been "moved for moderation"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's like suddenly being injected with a major tranquiliser in the backside...
Hi! I have sat and read back a bit but not quite up to speed.
I just posited the question to my "fiancee" (does this end in marriage I ask me?)....
