Hi, I am 20 years old and am someone who hears voices. I find it hard to talk about them in real life, but would really like to discuss the experience sometimes. So I'm looking for someone who goes through the same thing, so we can talk about our experiences with voices. If anyone is interested...

    Coming off the pills

Could anyone share their experiences of coming off antidepressants? I am almost off after a gradual reduction over the last 9 months. It would really help me to know of others’ experiences as I don’t know anyone who has been in this position. Many thanks

Just been remembering what a counselor asked me last year. She said "when was the last time that you were actually really happy about something.". To this day, I cannot think of anything. It's quite strange. Past experiences were OK, but I wouldn't say I was really happy. It's a tough one.

Smart pill boxes - Any experiences?

My husband often forgets his medication, so I generally prompt him to take it. It's worked fine whist all his meds have been evening ones, but now they've been changed so the main ones are morning ones. This is a problem as he works shifts and I've often left for work by the time he wakes up...

What is it, and have you such experiences?

Frequently I sort of disappeare for a short glimpse, and when I do that I sort of hear thinks, that might not be real sounds. I hear negative words about me, or other sounds that people make when angry. But soon I'm "back", and it seems distant. If I take less antipsychotics this experiences are...
