    Hello all, new here. :) My simple depression tip is kind of based on mindfulness. When I'm depressed and listless I just pick a couple of hours, 7-9 or whatever...this is then out of my hands, this is the time I will start to do some chores, or something which I know is beneficial to my health...

    Bipolar is the the game that keeps on ending and never ends. With no extra lives or save points.
