    What do they know?

I live in supported accommodation. Been told I need to get out every day, that we are social creatures. As a rule I get out 4 days out of 7, sometimes more, sometimes less. It's really annoyed me because I think I know what suits me best, and what my needs are. Am I being over-sensitive?
