Don't know how to get my enjoyment of things back,I can but a face on and pretend to be enjoying self, and If I let myself go,the I do enjoy myself because these where the things I used to like doing, but then I'm on my own again and question what is real?what do I and dont I enjoy ?!

I'm struggling with the exact same thoughts. It's not easy is it.

How are things now, how have you felt this last week? Hang in there, and keep talking here - I do find it helps.

      take care now,

      Wendolene x

It's been suggested to me that I try and employ some distraction techniques. Again, easier said than done.

It could be something as simple as having your favourite tea or coffee to drink, listening to a favourite track of music or having a nice warm bath with scented oils. Whatever is your "thing".

I have a list of things I can use as distraction techniques, but putting them in to practice is a lot harder work than it sounds. Some people have a "comfort box" of things which remind them of a good time, place or experience. Items which evoke good memories.

Does any of this sound like something you could give a try and see how it goes....

I have my distractions but they only take away from reality for a while .Then back to the negative thoughts ,u suppose in reality life is just a serious of distractions and you do what feels right
