I know what you mean about Murray's personality but I still want him to win although I love Federer. He is still an amazing sportsman and is very talented just isn't good in interviews. However, I think Federer has lots of personality and comes across well when being interviewed.

Well there`s been a few shocks so far this year, and I suppose there may well be a few more to come :-p I think Murray puts a huge amount of pressure on himself, and it may well stem from an influence by his parents from an early age (anyone watch his mother`s reactions while he is playing). Then there is the pressure/expectation expressed by the media, and general public. It`s obvious the guy cares by the way he beats himself up when he misses simple shots. This makes for ugly viewing. If he lightened up, relaxed and just enjoyed the game, he would be more of a pleasure to watch, but would he achieve the same? Probably not. With all things being equal, may the best players win :-)

Yeah but alot of English people hate Murray for whatever, personality and blah blah blah, but I think they're looking for any excuse to hate just because he's Scottish. He gets alot of stick on sporting websites.

Btw, all players make excuses for their loses, Federer especially. He ego irritates me. See I think Djokovic will beat Federer and I bet Federer uses that back injury as an excuse. He'll fake the back injury as soon as he realizes he's not going to win. Djokovic will win because he's been playing majestic stuff. In fact, by the looks of things, it looks as if Djokovic is going to be the new dominant force for a while.

Yeah I agree. They all complain and I think Murray is really good despite what people say

I don't mind at all that he is Scottish. I just agree with Boris, the way he plays makes for ugly viewing in my opinion.

I like Nadal and Federer - I usually want either of them to win (and they usually do!). They're not English.

I don't hate Murray. I don't know him, so how can I? I'm not a fan of his either.

I think the womens will be interesting this year, especially if the second Williams sister gets knocked out beofre the final

I should also say that I don't hate him personally, because I also don't know him.

I don't like him as a player though, and I don't like his attitude on court.
