That was a very good thing you did Oobie Moobie about writing out a letter that you're never going to send. It is a good way of venting.
When I was seeing a counsellor, she told me if ever I was feeling a bit stressy about something or someone to write all my thoughts down, doesn't matter what I say and then when it's done, screw it up and throw it away.
It does make you feel a bit better.
I know how you are feeling. When we are anxious, we are often predicting the worst, but when we get there it isn't as bad as we think. But we can't help it when we are a little edgy.
