      Default Feel ok ( briefly)

Everytime I feel a bit better it's because for those few minutes I've managed not to think about anything ,it's like living around your problems rather than fixing them .then boom all the thoughts come back and the heart starts racing again hate this

It sucks, doesn't it. It's like those good moments come along but you then almost know that it won't last. I wake up in the mornings and, for a split second, I am normal. But then normality seeps away .... but those few seconds were good
