i see numbers and letters

For some reason i see numbers and letters. They are just there in my vision. Its really hard to explain but whats so different about them is that they have personalities. They dont talk or anything but i can tell that they r mean, nice, or whatever. i need advice because the overall problem is that they block my vision. I need advice on how to ignore them or something. Thanks for listening.

I read somewhere that some people who hear voices can tell the voices to stop and they will. Maybe it works with numbers and letters too? Perhaps you can tell them to go away? Just an idea.
