      Default Strange memory issue lately..

I've always had extreme memory problems, keep that in mind.

For the past week I've noticed something very strange. I have a lot more memories rushing to my head than usual. Now that isn't such an issue, but..For some reason I can't decide whether these memories are real or not. I wonder if there a dream, real, something real that I just didn't remember, idk..This is really a lot worse than it sounds. I'm not explaining it very well, but this is starting to cause me some issues..

It's hard to explain, but I'm seriously getting a little bit worried about this.

      Questions:
      • Have you ever heard of someone having an issue like this?
      • Should I keep this to myself?

I was recently taken to a mental institution for a couple of days, and I'd rather not go back.

      Any advice is appreciated

A tad bit :S When I used to be really mentally unstable I guess you could call it. I would grind my teeth uncontrollably to where I would get massive headaches. Then all I would want to do is sleep. The dreams during that sleep were always violent. I also still from time to time (no where near as frequent as before) randomly 'phase out' from the world and have visions of pure random violence.

I know it's not recommended to diagnose yourself, but the temptation is a little strong.

I have the following out of these when I get mad:

During a manic episode in someone with bipolar disorder, elevated mood can manifest itself as either euphoria (feeling "high") or as irritability.

[X]Flying suddenly from one idea to the next
      [X]Rapid, "pressured," and loud speech
[X]Increased energy, with hyperactivity and a decreased need for sleep
      [X]Inflated self-image
      []Excessive spending
      []Hypersexuality
      [X]Substance abuse
The red was the most striking to me. I definitely feel strong euphoria and a 'high' throughout the entire 'episode'.
