panick attacks anxiety

well secon visit with my cpn today about my seized feeling in my head along with my panick attacks and anxiety now he says i need meds and have to see a phychiatrist anyone any ideas what he might prescribe me cant sleep forthe aggitation in my head either im so scared

hi steven i posted on your other thread, but about your panic attacks, do you know what triggers them?
when you see your CPN ask him to practice mindfulness with you to help you with your panic attacks, its a way (sort of like meditation) to bring yourself back down into the present and reduce the length of the panic attack.

Hi Steven,
No one can tell you for sure what meds you may get prescribed as there as so many out there but what ever they do give you they will help tho sometimes it does take time to find the right dose and meds for you
