meeting

I was told on Friday that I have to have a meeting at the office, with my supervisor (the one who's been giving me grief) and my senior manager. This is on Thursday.
I've not slept since I found out about it. I have.no idea what its about, or what I have done.
I'm scared in case he says something to.make me look like I can't do my job.
As far as I know, I've not done anything wrong.
I'm just worried, I guess because I simply don't know.what to expect....

Would it be worth contacting my senior manager, to find out what to expect beforehand

Hi i can see why you are worrying- you have no idea what its about or whats going to be said.
thats unsettling.
i think you should write down some key notes to prepare yourself for the meeting, yes contact your manager in advance so you can prepare for it. maybe take a trusted impartial colleague in with you to control things?

Not great. It really.didn't go as I'd hoped. I realise that I have been lied to, on a massive scale.
Definitely time to find somewhere new.....
