      Default have a read it may help,

      im crap at writting things how i want them to be but here goes,
      it makes me mad ppl who call them selfs experts when they have no clue, the only way you can understand anything to do with mental health is to go through it yourself, and i know everyone is differant and this is one of the main problems as they treat us all the same and we are not, a while ago i did loose my mind completely, didnt have a clue what was real and what wasnt, then i got put into a hospital and it wasnt nice but taught me so much about life and ppl, it was in there i learnt that these ppl wasnt bad, most wasnt even mad really just been treated really badly by these so called normal people, i had all my sight then and even if i didnt i could see all these ppl shouting out for help but just getting tablets etc,,,,,

      i got myself strong then lost my sight lol but cuz what id been through before this was easy, and i like it,(again taught me so much, i dnt care wot ppl look like or what there body language is doing i hear and listen to what there saying and can tell so much) yeah ive had so many people treat me bad just because of this then mix then mental health in there it got worse but this is when i told them to go fxck them selfs i just got myself from rock bottom, then hell on my own so did not need them or no one which is not nice but how it was and is,

      tablets made me so much worse but again we are all differant and i know they work for some people, but and i was on so many differant types and they all did the same thing to me made me worse i couldnt giggle, couldnt get happy or even sad i was just zombiefied all the time, so i just stopped them and do not recommend this to anyone lol,
      because i had nothing and no one and not even my mind at the time i had to do it bit by bit, i broke it all down to as simple as i could, it started with my pup(AND PLEASE DO NOT GET ANY ANIMALS IF YOU CANT DO THIS, YOU DO KNOW INSIDE IF YOUR AN ANIMAL LOVER OR NOT) not the one i have no but my last baby who sadly past away at the age of 14 bless him but he gave me the strength i needed to sort it out and these are some of the things that helped me and maybe they could help you,

      1, laughing better than any drugs and pretty easy find the funny films, tv etc that proper make you belly giggle some of mine are( white chicks, how high, half baked, scary movies, happy gilmore, freddy got fingered, little nicki, big stan, rush hours etc) try and keep away from soppy ones and any that make you sad or unhappy, this is the same with songs i know we all have soppy songs but when you down they dont do you good, i listen to hip hop mainly specially eminem if you dont like him just listen to his lyrics his words proper gave me strength when i needed it, but like and i know this aint spelt right but that chumbawumba one i get knocked down but i get up again, find the songs that give you strength or makes you smile not sad etc,,,,

      2, try and keep focus and your mind on one thing like it was my dog no matter what my head was doing lol i kept a focus on looking after him, waling, feeding etc and i do know it gets hard to do this sometimes but find something that is easy to keep a focus on then the rest of ya mind can go do its thing but you can keep track of reality, just dont make it out of reach etc,, same as cleaning your place and yourself do little things like this and it helps and i love cleaning now even though i cant see properly i pretend im racing with my hoover etc my dog ive got now chasing it and its funny and takes up time and does make you feel good too just becaufull you dont slip into ocd,, when you think or even if you have no one in your life that cares try not to give up on yaself just because everyone else as, all this means is your around the wrong ppl and its not you, if they was good they would help you NO MATTER WHAT,

      3, instead of self harming get a punch bag or even better goto martial arts there so many differant ones but self harm does not do you good, i stopped just because i dont feel it anymore lol but instead of hurting myself i did kick boxing and also got a punch bag and i took it all out on that poor thing lol, but it stops all the rage, anger, hurt, pain etc from building up,

      4, never ever think everyone is the same, i know there is so many bad and nasty ppl out there but there is good too just sad to say a nightmare to find them, im not saying this in a big head way but been told over and over again i get treated the way i do cuz im a nice lad with a massive heart, now i could choose to change and be like them but bugger to that im me, put these ppl in our shoes and i bet not many if any would make it through,

      4, have at least one dream no one can take from you dont make it one you know you cant get, i guess its keeping the faith but im far from religous lol but find something that makes you feel good, one of mine is helping ppl, but i would never go to college to become a pyscho doc etc cuz i know these ppl even if good cant help properly cuz of the rules and regs etc, but im working on getting a film made i do have loads of ideas for them but one is roughly my life story but a horror bit like saw but worse cuz at my lowest some of the things my head was trying to get me to do to ppl who was nasty to me was way worse than whats in saw lol but i destroyed myself instead of hurting anyone but i know it would make a good film but i dont want to be rich i want the money from it to help others, not the goverments way my way, like these homeless ppl in england etc id buy places and let them live there and id pay the bills etc, i know this sounds out of reach but this is my goal and i aint stopping till ive done it or dead and fingers crossed i think ive found someone who is gonna help with this if not ill keep trying and trying, i would get myself a place in rural countryside but again i would have this for as many animals that needed it as possible the rest i really would give to all those who really needs it,

      im gonna shut up now cuz my dog bringing me all my things to take him out lol, but ill do more later, i know it is easy for me to say all this now but just try it yourself if the way there doing is not working for you, you know best, your body tells you what works and what dont you just need to listen and learn what works for you,

      but before i go really if anyone needs to chat/ moan/ shout etc ill listen, some may not like what i say but it will all be the truth, dont fight for what you cant get, be happy with what you have got even if its not much, and remember no matter how bad it gets there is ppl out there who is a lot worse off and if you think like this this alone gives you loads of strength, we all have the innner strength its just getting it out, even when you feel you have nothing left your still a person, it just needs the stronger ones to help the weaker ones not kick them down or ignore them,

      That was really sweet of you to write all that out! Amen to noone is the same! it's so true that there are some pdocs that look at every MH patient similarly. Thank goodness for the good people. And that's all great advice so thank you!
