Sorry but I just giggled out loud at this:

The cute ambo who probably thinks I'm a nutter because I told him he was cute (he smiled, tried to hide it, blushed)
Deep breathing or having someone talk to me about absolutely anything can help me when I'm having a panic attack. Strangely a cool bath calms me down quickly as well.

Well if you are going to have someone take you against your will, I guess it helps if they are cute looking. Although I didn't look at, or talk to, him much in the ambulance, I was mad at them because I felt they tricked me into giving them my location...

The dv helpline called an ambulance so I drove away before they came. Now the police are looking for me!!!

It might be best if you go back to the hospital do it on your own terms. Have you got anyone who could go with you for support? It's a really scary situation but maybe if you went back things will be different and the hospital will take you seriously and give you some help/treatment.

      Remember you are not alone.

Everyone on here is fighting your corner and behind you 100%!

Take care and let us know how it goes.

If they felt you needed emergency medical treatment I'm guessing you might. Why don't you drive to the hospital and get checked over?

I didn't need emergency medical help.

The lady was going to leave it up to me because poisons said as a one off it won't hurt me, just worried about accumulation.

But then she called me back because the supervisor changed their mind and decided they had to call an ambulance even when I said I was fine.

      I'm scared...

Taking the pain killers over a long period is addictive and can cause dammage. So maybe it would be good if you talked to them and got not just a mental health assessment but a health check as well. It is really scary but it'll be better if you approach them rather than the police have to intervene. Are you at home can you stroke a pet to relax yourself while you think this over (It always helps me).
