How i feel most days :(Oh and i'm the horse by the way!!)
They just said i would be having 1 to 1 therapy with a therapist they didnt say anything else

And the tears come streaming down your face,when you lose something you cant replace
Till now, I always got by on my own, I never really cared until I met you
No-one ever comes close to you
well that is good news.
6 months may just be a worse case scenerio.
You can hold on, it may be quicker.
Like people say- call the crisis team if you need to
speak to us too
