      sorry i read that wrong

      and my first reply was answered because of it

      its not very often i actually feel angry mainly because i just dont see the point in that emotion but when it does happen its normally directed at myself due to being so fustrated at my limits

      i cant actually remember the last time i was angry at another person because i recognise the emotions that will start anger of

      but tip wise if someone is making you feel angry try and leave the room so you can take deep slow breathes and to chill yourself out or if your not able to do that count to 10 slowly again taking slow breathes and relax

      These tips are very healthy. For a better health it is good to eat healthy food. Exercise is also a good way to live healthy life. Anyway nice post and very useful.

      I certainly agree to this. sometimes, taking a deep breathe and fresh air can solve the problem and can calm our mind. There is nothing to rush over things, haste makes waste.
