      Default Man The Barricades!!

How many of you feel much better when you barricade your bedroom with Wardrobes, spare Mattresses and such like.

I'm thinking that obviously it's not quite conventional behaviour amongst the general population at large but that it's probably not that rare for people with Mental Health Problems.

I'd be thinking of the hassle moving it all to get out the bedroom door when i needed to.
      Yet inside there is this perpetual nagging doubt;
the feeling we are possessed by a 'subtle lack of togetherness''.

If we really want to say what helps in mental health, there’s a straightforward mantra and it goes like this:

“Some people find medication helpful. Some people find therapy helpful. Some people find medication and therapy helpful. Some people don’t find either helpful.”

I don't know about barricading myself in,but i guess for so many of us on here it's like a self imposed prison with regards to staying behind four wall's so much especially when things are a bit crappy.

I just make sure I have the DVD player on a sort of continual loop showing ahem Jazz Images etc so I don't feel the Biological need to wee throughout the night.

Actually you raise a good point there.

Wednesday have always been shit for TV and for most other things as well.

I was born on Woden's day and my mum proudly lifted me aloft with my baggage of woe.

P.S//Which means that The Tenth Doctor,David Tennant who's excactly a week and a half older than me was born on a Sunday.
And he's an Occasional Churchgoer-which was and is nice
      If your interested that is.
I bet he's probably getting Pissed on The Tennant's Super that I predicted he'd get pissed on,on his 41st Birthday.

Nice man,A Cheeky Smile, and a wonderful ambassador for Science Fiction;but can you Imagine that cheeky face contorted into the throes of Sexual Ecstasy bearing down on you.

      No??

Well if you want to keep it that way don't watch early Rab.C.Nesbitt where he played a Transvestite.
Apparently rumour has it that he could only pass it off with the Dutch Courage of four cans of Special Brew and a Deep Fried Mars Bar and Spam Fritter.

I haven't barricaded myself in my bedroom since I was 14 and living in a childrens home. Me and my friend Georgie used to do it often when we weren't absconding and it used to drive the staff nuts!!!

      It was fun...

It won't do me any good when they finally come for me.

And i'm not talking about the White Coated brigade either.

Still I'll probably take at least two of them with me.
