Hi group, haven't written in awhile...
i started dbt last night but lost it and tried to leave...i was hysterical crying and the therapist had me hold ice to my face to calm down.
should i go back and give it a try, it's the ONLY thing that helps borderlines alleviate pain and turmoil
i have to get off this rollercoaster.
