      I go to see a new pdoc on Wednesday. One that's going to challenge the diagnosis I already have and maybe change my meds according to my cpn.

      That sounds positive. How are you now & are you OK enough to check out the support I gave you details of-it can be helpful to speak to others who know personally how it is to be troubled by voices.
