Just read your thread and being new here just getting to know people. I was wondering how you are doing and if you did ever get out to see the councillor. I'm sorry about the troubles your having with family members. Even when they do care a lot of times they can be more hurtfull than helpfull despite your or their best intentions. Like you up untill I became ill I was a vibrant, career oriented, go getter. Seeing yourself change and not knowing why is more difficult than knowing why. Some meds can take up to three months to adjust to so try to be patient with yourself and take baby-steps. Talking it out with people on these forums helps tremendously. Although I'm new to this forum, I have been using forums to help with my anx problems for five years. I found so much support and help in the right directions.
