Well, long story short, I'm an informal patient at a care home for people with the autistic spectrum disorder, I was told I was going to be here for 3 months for assesments, The assesments weren't even done until the six month I was here due to completly useless staff, while I've been here I've been told I can't use words like 'bad' or 'naughty' or 'problem' because it may upset one of the other (For sympathys sake let's just call them 'service users') service users, is this not a violation of my right to free speech? I've also had to go without food or tobacco for days on end because there's been no staff to take me to do my shopping (This damned place is in the middle of freaking no-where, littarly, miles of fields and nothing else surround it), on one occasion I went to get some food from MacDonalds and the staff member that was 'shadowing' me stopped me from walking ten feet to the garage to buy some tobacco (Again, I'm totally informal) and he did this by forcably grabbing me painfully, the staff here lie to me constantly because they must think I'm some kind of idiot, they search my mail, when I come back from going out they search me (Pat me down) ((Is this not an unlawful search?)), they unlock my door from the outside and barge in (For all they know I'm indecent, they don't give a flying fuck), is this also not a major invasion of my privacy?
I'm also in a perpetual state of stress depression and anxiety because the other 'service users' keep punching holes in walls, threatening to kill everyone, burn the place down, on numourous occasions staff have been physically assulted resulting in broken bones, I'm a vulnerable person that can't / won't defend myself physically, and they still put me here.
Can I take any legal action? Do they have any right to put me through this psychological tourture and degrading treatment?
