AS a family of four, I spend around £300 a month on our shopping, including our milk delivery. We eat decently, though can't often afford fresh meat, fish or poultry. I go to Tesco's and will buy the value range in wipes, nappies and tinned tomatoes and the cheaper brand items with everything else. I also do a bulk shop in Iceland for things like fish, burgers and sausages. It works out so much cheaper, and means we can save for days out during school holidays and that we can buy new shoes for the children as and when they're needed
