Hi, I've been thinking of going to a changes meeting. How have you found it's help? I want to know a bit more to see if it would suit me.
Hiya, I have found it really helpful. It is really relaxed and they are really open minded. I like the fact it's practical and it's reassuring to eb around others who 'get it'. Go along, it's a bit scary going to the first one, but it's easy to settle in.
