2nd time round with citalopram ):

hi there
when i first took citalopram 10mg i felt great except for the sex drive bit!! then went upto 20mg,felt crap, i came of it altogether for about 3 mths.
.Last mth i hit rock bottom-so i started citalopram 10 mg again and promised myself i stay on it but i feel it dosent have the same positive effects.Im still just as depressed-why can that be?Im wondering whether to change to a different one? any suggestions?? im confused

If it doesn't work, change it. I did and the difference is huge.
