Default Panic is a trap your mind builds

Agraphobia boy thats nasty i have this because i think im gonna die each time i go out. I had it before two years after baby born but it really stops you living. In not scared of going out just the fact i might die. When i was pregnant i wouldnt even in to the hospital. I eventually had baby at home.Alot people boot understand panic they dont realise you actually feel you will die in the instant you have the attack after years me this i years you out it takes Alot to get you relaxed again. I just learned to order food on internet via my mobile that means i dont feel so bad if i cant make it out i think you must remove all the pressure on your self and just do what you are able pushing yourself slightly more on home days

Actually I'm a girl. And I know exactly what you are saying. It's so hard all the time to get out or do anything. I fall into little bits whenever I have to out of my front door.. I am fortunate enough to have a kind friend who takes me to places and gets my shopping in for me, but as he has a wife it's not always easy for him. Although she does understand and is very kind to me herself.
